EVAR YPN Top Producer Panel Ah-ha’s/ Success Stories- Ryan J Orr

I had the pleasure of attending a top producer panel of agents ranging in ages from early 20’s to late 60’s and it was quite eye opening on several levels. It was hosted by the East Valley Association of Realtors

  • Some KNEW how to work, no matter what age they started in real estate
  • Some knew that if they grind it out that good things will follow.
  • Others were systematic, and had established routines.
It was awesome to see into the mindsets of different people and their reasons, and WHY! It is such an incredible reminder that we can achieve great results in so many different ways!
It was also a tremendous time to be affirmed that contrary to popular belief that SUCCESS is available to those who want to fight tooth and nail to get there! Get yours, Get crazy committed to your craft, and to your clients. Live on fire to serve!

A huge shout out to all who put this event together, and thank you @DarrenWhitty for the invite. Such and eternal teammate. I know I have much to learn from you. Also to a trail blazer like +Christian Keliipio for being fearless and tackling a room of his peers with such poise a such a young age. Not sure I could have done it with so much composure back then. Great job!

Our Top Producers Panel includes:
Steven Amaya, Realty Masters & Associates, Inc.– Dedicated and Steadfast commitment to results..
Matt Clements, Berkshire Hathaway– Passionate, Motivated, and systematic. GOAL DRIVEN
Kim Jarrard, Re/Max Freedom-  Passionately Loves what she does, and serves with HEART!
Christian Keliipio, The Associates Realty Group- Tiger in the group, Gonna make waves..
Marty Rodriguez, Century 21 Marty Rodriguez– Tried and true, and looking to leave an incredible legacy. WISDOM
Jose Zarate, Century 21 Desert Rock– A peoples person, hard working dedicated and focused on the family. Leverages 30 years of knowledge at UPS to work for he and his family in RE. Inspiring story!

Join us for a great cause, and some golf too! Team Title Guy!

It is indescribable to try and explain what it’s like to have a child that lives with a disease that currently has no cure like Friedreich’s Ataxia (FA).
FA continually diminishes  your child’s ability to walk, talk, and function normally.
While experiencing the battles the FA has presented us, we have come to realize that we are not alone in this fight.
We have been blessed beyond words to have family, friends and strangers join us in the fight to find a cure.
We can’t express our gratitude enough to all of those that have joined the efforts.
Together we have been able to raise over $150000 dollars through the Century21 King golf tournament that has gone directly to FARA to fund the reseach needed in finding a cure.
Our son Joshua was diagnosed at 16 and gone on to get married and graduate college, all while continuing to battle this horrible disease.
He now needs the use of a wheelchair to get around but continues to stay positive and believe that a cure will come.
It has been said that alone we can accomplish little, but together we can accomplish anything.
Through our faith and our friends, Im sure that a cure will happen!!!
-Brian Lamascus

Brian is a good friend of mine, and our friend Julio Cardenas and his Team at Century 21 King host this event each year in a effort to find a cure. Let’s do our best to support them and find a CURE…

Belly to Belly with Adam Houde- Team Title Guy

As Adam excels and has his successes, here is some wisdom he would like to share with other sales folks striving to make it in this industry!

Massive Actions Create Massive Results
1.) Belly to Belly Contact
Real Estate is a contact business, and if you want to have massive results, you have to have massive contacts. 20 people belly to belly everyday if you want to have sales success.
– There’s no substitute for contacting, networking, and flat out prospecting.
– Track the activities you do everyday to create real results, and success will come.
Till Next Time…
