As I read the book the Answer by John Asharaf there are some great reminders of the things that we need to and should be doing on a daily basis! 
Here are a few nuggets about goal setting:
  • Give Your goals some meaning. Purpose- A monetary goal is great, nbut unless you attach it to something that stirs your soul, it is just a number! 
  • BE SPECIFIC– Financial, Personal, Faith, Family & Physical
  • Monetary Goal- Give Benchmarks- Net worth, Annual Income & the Gift of Giving…
Train yourself to take the actions daily to reach your goals. 
 
5 Musts in Business for Success! 
  • Believing in yourself is KEY! 
  • STIRS YOUR SOUL 
  • Become Excellent
  • DAILY ACTION
  • MAKE MONEY 
Goals without Action are just that… 
 
Another great quote I found in the book was we need to “INNERSIZE” as compared to the normal word Excersize the body, we need to train our mind and continually learn!

It’s that Time Of the Month.. Watch Out!

Crazy as it may sound but month end is starting to excite me like it did back in the day.All the fervor of people shuffling around and operations trying to close out their books. The insanity of FHA Payoff’s and the sense of urgency all around.
To many, it is a time of stress and headache, to me it is a sign of BLISS… 
For many of us who have been making it through the BUST, we went from madness, to no urgency, because there were not that many files.
To see companies hiring people back, expanding operations, and offices busy at month end means the world to me because it is healthy. It means no matter what any economist says, I can personally feel the buzz, and see the expansion happening, and IT EXCITES me..

Taxes– Which I refer to as a FOUR Letter word!
Just as a friendly reminder our 1st half property taxes are due by Dec 10th, otherwise they will be considered delinquent, and penalties are assessed!
If you have a transaction going and they are not paid, you may need to take this into consideration on your HUD one. (especally short sales)Knowledge is power and knowing these details can help you to make transactions smoother.
